The Anti-Gun proposals did pass through the committee via a party line vote. Now it will be interesting to see how this plays in the full House in March.

Any bill updates?

Also, is there a major statewide gun rights organization in PA?

VA has the VCDL. What's up there?

Pennsylvania matters to me. It's where I'm from.

Edit - My understanding is Democrats don't hold the State Senate.

Edit 2 - It seems the PA General Assembly has a longer session
than what we have in VA.

This is from an email I guts received from PFOA about more stuff being pushed and passed the commission..........

I have a breaking news update for you, Phillip.
At the 11th hour, Radical Leftists in Harrisburg sprung a gun-control hearing yesterday in the House Judiciary Committee.
They scheduled a vote on HB483, a bill that would establish a statewide gun violence task force under the control of the Attorney General, that essentially federalizes our local cops for the purpose of enforcing Joe Biden's gun control!
But at the last minute, the bill was swapped out with another gun-control bill, HB2206, and passed on a party-line vote.
The bill is now waiting action on the House floor and could be brought up at any time.
If passed into law, HB2206 would establish an electronic database of every firearm and gun owner in Pennsylvania - in other words, Universal Gun Registration!
As you might remember, HB714 that passed the House in May of 2023 would implement Michael Bloomberg's Universal Gun Registration.
This is the same bill that passed with 9 Republican Benedict Arnolds crossing over and voting with the Democrats to pass it:
•Sheryl Delozier
•Valerie Gaydos
•Joe Hogan
•Kristin Marcell
•Rob Mercuri
•Natalie Mihalek
•K.C. Tomlinson
•Martina White
•Craig Williams
With Democrat Frank Burns opposed to the bill, it wouldn't have passed if the Republicans were unified in their opposition!
You can see why this bill is so dangerous.
Another version of it has already passed the House with Republican support.
And unless we take action now to stop HB2206, it could happen again!

Link to the page.

It seems that PA is getting more and more fake Republicans now, like NY and NJ did, and look at what is happing to those states.

Getting Ugly and State GOP Leadership are making excuses for the traitors by crying about how they have to vote that way because they are in Purple Districts and if they want to retain their seats they have to vote for gun control.

If you go to their Twitter pages they are getting hammered about it. State Republican Leadership has been a joke ever since the State Supreme Court debacle years ago pretty much guaranteed a permanent Democrat Controlled State Supreme Court. The entire lot of them should have done the honorable thing and resigned. And here we are now..........

Only saving grace is GOP control of the State Senate. If we did not have that the anti gun shit that would get passed would make NY/CA & Other Commie-Led States look like firearms owners paradise. This fucking sucks.

I love how the traitors are primarily interested in "retaining their seats."  I guess it is too good being a politician to stick to the principles you campaigned on, or the principles of the majority of your party.  They must be paid too well and get great benefits unlike many of their constituents.
