Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Any AK builders in SouthCentral?

I’m looking for a gunsmith who builds AKs in Southcentral.  I’d prefer Anchorage or the valley but  open to travel.  

For some random reason I have decided I want an AK47 SBR.  I picked up a WPB milled AK47 mini jack pistol and think I’ll SBR it and install a side folder on it.  Anyone in southcentral do quality work or am I sending it to the L48?

+1 on Alaska Downrange.  I've checked out Jim's AK's and it looks like he does good work.  I've only done transfers with him, but he's good people.
