I'm driving thru Richmond mid day Tuesday but I only have a few hour window to work with if you can't find anyone from there. I know cars pretty well and I'm old, so your car will be familiar to me!

We passed they have a lot of retarded rules for looking at their cars. 3 pm only , $6000 credit card hold for a test drive or to put it on a lift.  WTF
