So as far as I'm tracking there are no NH NFA laws.

RSA 159:E is our weak 2A sanctuary law that went into effect in 2022.

159:E basically says NH LE will not enforce fed firearm laws unless there is a corresponding NH law.  Makes sense-feds do their thing and aren't prohibited from enforcing and NH will enforce its own laws.

E:2 basically says feel free to hand stuff over to the feds.

Welp looks like the dorks in Conway did it.  Sure the guy may be a shithead and a headache while maybe being charged for 87 local violations, but there is no need to hand stuff to the feds on a silver platter.
