I have a real quick opportunity to pick up a 37mm flare launcher, and following a Form 1, a 40mm barrel. Are they still legal here??? Thanks! |

Pretty sure DD is still legal, but IANAL and have been gone for a couple years
Don't go attaching it to a non-salty center fire rifle capable of accepting a detachable mag though. That would make the rifle salty |
