A Democrat state Senator has been arrested and charged with 1st Degree Felony Burglary. She was captured by police after attempting to hide in the basement and was wearing all black. She surrendered to police and began making statements harmful to any legal defense that she will be able to muster. She even brought her drivers license and Senate ID to her burglary.

The Democrats have only a one seat majority in the Minnesota State Senate, and have been pushing horrible gun control bills including one mandating “safe storage” (meaning unless it’s on your person a firearm must be locked up or have a trigger lock - so no readily available firearm in your home for the purpose of lawful self defense), along with banning binary triggers and mandating reporting of lost or stolen firearms.

If she’s not expelled and is allowed to vote and the gun control bills pass, a burglar, charged with a felony punishable by up to 20 years in prison, will be the deciding vote on how Minnesotans must store their firearms in their own home, and on mandating Minnesotans report lost or stolen firearms.

This may be the event that most encapsulates the DFL which has been ruining the state of Minnesota.

Holy cow! All over some cremated remains!

What a clown, she says she was just doing a welfare check on her step-mom who's cut off contact with her... uh yeah, lots of people drive 3 hour dressed all in black in the middle of the night to break in to their in-laws place through a basement window for a welfare check . It was a theft attempt, pure and simple, her step-mom was in control of the ashes and other items of value (don't let them gloss over that), she wanted them, felt they were hers and decided to enter the residence and take them without permission, that's theft, case closed AND SHE ADMITTED TO ALL OF IT!

And her vote, as a burglar, might put the safe storage bill into law. The irony is thick.

And with the MN democrats post-"covid" remote attendance and voting rules, she can even still vote from prison!

She will have more to worry about if convicted. She is a lieutenant colonel in AF reserves.

Vote on a Republican submitted resolution to initiate an immediate Senate Ethics Committee investigation failed on a straight party line vote 33-33 which means the Pink Panther gets to continue her participation in this session and Supreme Chancellor Erin Murphy has stated that she'll allow the potential felon to vote remotely for the remainder of the session.

Suspected Controlled Substances Found During Arrest

It potentially gets more ridiculous. HamBurglar may have had controlled substances on her during the Burglary. Tests haven’t come back yet.


Rob Doar of the Minnesota Gun Owners Caucus stated:

“The Becker County Attorney has notified Sen. Mitchell that suspected controlled substances were found in the course of her arrest and have been sent for laboratory analysis.”

I'm calling it now that this is all financial. I think Nicole was going to introduce her stepmom to Mr. Pillow, and modify terms of a will or some other document that she thought would be saved on the laptop.

She gets paid 51k/year plus per diem as a state senator and probably another $20-25k/year as an O5 in the reserves. Add that up and it's not a huge amount for a single mom with a house in Woodbury. Sure she made more as a reporter but did she really save enough money to semi-retire in her 40s?

Alleged Prosecutor Error - No Controlled Substances Found

Now Rob Doar has indicated that the Prosecutor made and error and filed incorrect documents, and no controlled substances were found. He stated: “UPDATE: This provision in the discovery disclosures was entered in error by the prosecutor.”
