My FOID expired in 2022 I just renewed it and got an email saying that my FOID is valid even though I don`t physically have it in my possession yet. I wonder where I stand on registration ?

my concern is because my FOID was expired so long this maybe a problem. But then again I have had times where my FOID has expired in the past, and nobody with the ISP ever said anything.
