This is open to civilians. There were only two last year.  This regional gets less entries than the rest so there is always room for civilians.  Access for those without DOD ID is arranged.  Weapons (M-4 and M18) and ammo are provided along with some other basics but no mag pouches.

Signup is on Practiscore but the full details have not yet been posted yet.  It seems to be a shorter event than last year, so maybe they're leaving out the Annual Rifle Qual portion.  Last year it was two week long.

There is also a night shoot on November 1.  There are less entry spots.  Last year there were a bunch of no-shows.
