This cheap meat loaf has been a favorite of mine since I was a little kid. Every time we visit my family, I feast on it at every opportunity. Nothing like a thick slice of Leberkase on a fresh Brotchen. Well, nirvana is in sight. I just made this today and it came out very well. Next: Making a passable Brotchen from scratch...

Man that looks German.
Wife loves that type of stuff just to heavy and Teutonic for me. Apparently after I heard from Germans i know that after the fall of communism the visiting former oppressed people would just stand and look at pigs ect. roasting at oktober fests. |
