Maybe someone here can help. I live in WI. Friend of a friend married a guy that is on the sex offender registry in WI.  
   His offense is listed as “rape of a child under 12”!
     It also mentions the offense took place in HI. I can’t find anything that is free to view n the HI govt websites.  Only thing I found was a fee I could pay to view public records or something like that.
    Does HI not offer this information for free? Seams odd. Maybe I’m missing something.

Thanks. That’s what I found too. Looking for free. But all good. I’ll show the guy I know the info I got from WI and if he wants more info he can pay the $5.

If you search by name, it should pop up with a photo of the offender, and under "offenses," a description of the offense and a copy of the court's judgment of conviction.

Thanks for the link. Unfortunately looks like have to be a resident? This guy moved to Wisconsin. He’s registered on Wisconsin's sex offender list and shows his crime. But under location of offense it lists HI.
