A Helena man admitted Tuesday to illegally possessing homemade bombs and a silencer after being accused of attempting to attack a Helena Public Schools building.

Court documents say Logan Sea Pallister possessed multiple bombs, had access to firearms and made threats to attack a local high school.

Pallister faces a maximum of 10 years in prison, a $250,000 fine and three years of supervised release.

The U.S. Attorney's Office, District of Montana released the following:

A Helena man today admitted to illegally possessing homemade bombs and a silencer after being accused of attempting to attack a Helena Public Schools building, U.S. Attorney Jesse Laslovich said.

Logan Sea Pallister, 25, pleaded guilty to possession of unregistered destructive devices and to possession of an unregistered silencer. Pallister faces a maximum of 10 years in prison, a $250,000 fine and three years of supervised release on each charge.

Well, if we had the law that Texas is trying to pass, he wouldn't have a supressor charge on him.

Homemade suppressors that stay in state shouldn't have interstate clauses on them.

Hell, they shouldn't be NFA to begin with

Only illegal thing he did was threaten to attack a damn school. Nutcase.
