Scroll down the page just past that image of an advertising sign. You will see the features they added to make it CA compliant.
Loaded Chamber indicator, magazine cut-off, external safety, 10 round mag.

It depends on what model you're talking about. A classic P-series will just be CA approved and come with ten round magazines.

Intermediate models might have large loaded chamber indicators.

Newer models, like the P320 and P365, mean a magazine disconnect and loaded chamber indicator, and frame mounted safety, plus ten round magazines.

I'm pretty sure that is an old enough model that it is simply California approved, without the extra stuff (magazine disconnecter, chamber indicator).

That is just a 1911 that they submitted to the CA Safety list testing.

Our list gets all the way down to the specific SKU number, so for example a single digit difference for color or something silly like that will disqualify an otherwise identical model.
So, two tone models, or slight differences in the grips or colors were different SKUs and therefore unless that was also submitted to the testing it wasn't for sale in CA.

Up a few posts, I thought you were asking about the very recent changes were offered by Sig for the list. These recent ones have updates and changes like the ones mentioned.

The basic 1911 models have only been restricted to single stack below 10 rounds, but they are otherwise typical just a 1911.
