I've got a bunch of G3 magazines to offload.  Just researching laws and making sure I'm stay on the right side of the law.  As I understand it, it is OK to ship into the state magazines above 10 rounds as long as they are preban before 1994?

The mags need to be pre 9/13/1994 and the individual must possess a LTC.
