aww the Magazine Limitation case. thats what it should be called now.
not high capacity etc, magazine limitation of normal mags. |

its funny if NJ wants something ruled on its days, if the people want a ruling its multiple years LOL.
as they keep taking and taking, raising taxes, taking rights... there is only one real answer. |

im done fighting. im on my way totally out. not half and half shit anymore.
i been fighting with NJ people for years, co workers, even people that left the state.. many vote to strangle themselves daily. or cant take the NJ out of themselves. |

I think CO just got there mag ban overruled, and I also heard something about DC mag ban that it was ruled unconstitutional or did I hear wrong?

The only thing I've recently heard about Colorado was that the House passed a bill banning so called assault weapons, ie: semi autos. I think you're confusing D.C. with Washington state where a judge ruled that their mag ban was unconstitutional but it was stayed several hours later. One gun store there took advantage by selling hundreds of mags before it was stayed.  |
