Now I realize all the well-heeled millionaires here either slaughter their own, or they get it fresh from their neighbor on his 1000 acre ranch.

But for any fellow plebes like me, there is now a "real" butcher in Nokesville. I'm not affiliated with them, and not linking to them - they are easy to find on the interwebs - but just wanted to mention it in case some have been like us, wishing there were one in the area.
