CT's NAGR v Lamont AWB challenge gets a mention as a reason why NY tried to get their case stayed (delayed). A federal judge apparently denied NY's request.

From the video below, apparently the Judge's court order:

"Defendants are to explain, in a letter due by 1/30/24, what discovery they need and how long they need to obtain it. Plaintiffs are to respond by 2/2/23."
