I was listening to the radio comms of all this. Leave them be in the parking lots otherwise you get how it ended up with pursuits and crashes involving random drivers out on the highways.

Don't disagree. Could have just waited and caught them as they left. Not saying others were right by any means but the needs of the many far outweigh the needs of the few. Wasn't the smartest decision by the PD.

Give them a warning to disperse and start confiscation of cars. I’ve attended real car events and when this BS started happening I leave. Warn them blockade the exits and start impounding cars. Do like OC does and inspect cars leaving and bust them for infractions, couple of $500 tickets on moms car will discourage BS.
