Just found out about the PA forum.

I'm in Lansdale (Philly suburb).  Use to shoot at Target World.  Haven't shot in a couple of years, but want to get back to it.  Looking for a new club for rifle & an indoor range for pistol with cleaner air than TW.

GO EAGLES!

Pittsburgh here..  Right off the west end bridge between Sheredan and McKees Rocks.  Formerly a McCandless resident, moved into the city thinking it would make life more convenient, all it did was make me appreciate being armed.  Supposedly this was a nice safe neighborhood at one point, although apparently it was LONG before I moved here...  The police come around here a little too much for my taste and when they do it's in pairs (2 officers per car, minimum of 2 cars).   I can't wait to move the hell away from this cesspool.  (Life lesson learned:  NEVER NEVER NEVER buy real estate in January & Langley High School is "that" inner city school...)

I haven't shot since moving to Allegheny County almost 4 years ago.  Looking forward to renewing my memberships at both the Tyrone Sportsman Club & Martinsburg Sportsman Club (both Blair county) in a few months upon exiting "the 'burgh"!

not a member anywhere  since you have to know someone to get into any clubs out here. I currently drive 2 hours to the NRA head quarters in VA to shoot.
I tried a public range and was promptly fined because my clip had more than 3 bullets in it. not that I used it yet.

Because some moron in Lehigh county shot some woman sitting in her car in her driveway while he was hunting because he's a moron. (they claim they want to make "safety" improvements that will cost $46K which hasn't yet been allocated in the budget)

The Carlisle Fish & Game is a good place.  Rifle range goes out to 300yds.  They have trap, skeet, sporting clays, large pond, 3d archery, running deer.  I'm in Enola and thinking about joining.  It's worth the drive for me.

I grew up in Mt. Holly.  Lived in Carlisle for a few years.  Did you go to Carlisle High?  Perhaps you know one of my closest friends.  He's a math teacher at the high school.  Room 104.
