I realize Iowa is a CC state however I still want a permit to carry weapons. Unfortunately mine expired 11/21/2023 and I need to know if I have to attend training again or if I can "renew" without training. I know it's been more than 30 days so I'm assuming I have to attend training but need confirmation. Thanks!

Not an expert but it sounds like from the link you posted you have to basically submit a new application with new training.
https://10-8firearmsinstruction.com/ Thats who I used to do my original application 2017, its just an online course to sit through. He sends you a certificate to submit with your application. |
