I know years ago, MD was the only state with an AWB that you could go buy preban (94) mags and be fine.
Is that still so? TIA |

MA has had an AWB since 1994 with the federal ban. In 2004 when the federal ban expired MA kept it in place on a state level and adopted (almost) word for word the same laws.
Preban is still very much alive and well in MA. |
