First and foremost, I'm lazy and also want a very high quality installation so if you want to tell me to do it myself you can save your breath.

Everyday I see more and more idiots on Las Vegas roads.  That means everyday I think more and more about protecting myself and wife with a dash cam.  Can anyone recommend a professional shop to do the installation?

What kind of car? The reason I ask is there are adapters available that use the rear view mirror power for the camera. So, there are no cables to run or anything else. Basically a plug and play option.

That's why I had Best Buy install everything for me.

At the time the scamdemic was in effect so they were backed up. Customers had to call
and make an appointment 3 months ahead of time. I just pulled my vehicle into the shop.
Came back an hour 1 1/2 hours later and drove it away.  Worth every penny.

For the time being Covid is over with so you should be able to get it installed a lot sooner.

I recommend you call them first. Ask to be transferred to the guys who actually do the installation.

As technology is always upgrading , and older models are being discontinued, ...Ask them what the latest/greatest current camera model these days to get installed.

Make sure you get cameras that record to the front AND to the rear.

I had a buddy tell me he got cleared from 3 traffic accidents because he was able to show evidence (video) of what actually happened.

In one accident the party at fault admitted fault at the accident scene.  Once he met with his insurance agent he did a 180.  Started lying thru his teeth
that it was my buddy who was at fault.  He didn't know my buddy had cameras installed that recorded everything.

Once my buddy showed the video to the insurance people, that's all she wrote.
