Lowe's and Tractor supply usually have them.  

I just bought some for the range at Tractor Supply in Jefferson City last week for $20.99 each.

They will give you a 10 or 15% discount if you buy a whole bundle of 16.
I can meet you there and safe you the tax if you come up, I buy them through
my business and get tax exempt from them.

For those near the AL/TN border northwest of Huntsville, the Harvest Feed Mill off of Old Railroad Bed Road has a stack of really nice ones.
