Hello All-

I found a title for some land (I think it is 100' x 100') in Lockwood Valley that my dad purchased in 1960.

To have the title transferred I need a Title Company or Realestate Attorney in Ventura.  

Any recommendation appreciated.

Heck also are the stay the heck away from is appreciated also.

I’d call the county courthouse or look online first to find out if it’s possibly been seized for back taxes. Might save you some cash. Went through something similar with my dad’s property out in TX. It was easier/cheaper to let the county take it due to both federal and local tax liens on it.
