There have been stories in the Anchorage Daily News and Must Read Alaska about a jury finding a man guilty of murder over a "road rage" shooting in AK.  The stories have different details.

Summary: a guy #1 was standing near his parked vehicle.  Another guy #2 crashed (while acting crazy?) into #1's rig and did a "hit and run".  Guy #1 opened fire and shot at fleeing #2 several times, then got into his rig and drove after him.  Guy #2 slid off road and got stuck.  Guy #1 pulls up next to him, claims #2 had a gun pointed at him and proceeded to shoot him several times through the closed window.  LE did find an unloaded gun in #2's car.

#1 claimed self-defense.  Jury did not buy it.

Once you chase someone I find it really hard to believe it’s a good shoot.
