Basically sometime in the last year some instructors didn't renew their licenses, the state website didn't reflect it since the state apparently can't track things, and now anyone who used them has 90 days to retake training. Won't pay for the training, will have to pay for the range and ammo

Even if they did their due diligence and checked with the state.

Seems the reason anyone found out was by some employee checking things manually looking into something else.
