There is no standard cap magazine ban currently in Oregon as stated above. Order away. If a seller won't ship that means they have no idea what is going on in the places they serve.

This is not technically true. 114 is law. It’s restricts 10 round magazine, shotguns tubes, and a bunch of other stuff. It is currently tied up in court.

Vendors are still shipping mags to Oregon.

Sorta true but mostly misleading.


114 is not law per say. It is on a TRO and cannot be enforced. Currently being determined if it is legal or not. It isn't but let's see what the courts say.

Either way, do not comply. This state is corrupt to the core.
