I’m inclined to agree with McGlynn…it’s obvious SCOTUS isn’t interested in enforcing its own rulings, may as well have the trial and send it up so we know where we really stand. It would also be better if this arrives at SCOTUS while Thomas and Alito are still on the Court.

It is our understanding that the Supreme Court doesn't like to take cases till they are "fleshed out" in the inferior courts.  This Judges "judgement" seems to be sound at this point.

Place your bets on how long the Bruen and Heller decisions survive if the Dems can pack SCOTUS with liberal justices.  Things will get fast-tracked in a hurry then.

The Dems and those that support them are actively trying to tear the country down.  They just keep poking the bear!

Problem is, they think they are doing good. The objective (I believe) is to literally disarm Amerika no matter how many Constitutional Rights they have to bury and break. No matter what, they want the guns taken away. All of them. From everyone civilian. Cops and Military they want to protect them (Ha!) so *they* get to be armed but those of US who are tax paying Patriots who support the Constitution are now going to be criminals.

When they get what they want (disarmament of the civilian population) they will have opened the door that can never be closed again without untold violence and when the Government they supported in disarmament turns on them (and it will) they will scream and cry and bawl and panic...they'll beg to have their security and their Rights back. They'll long for the day of Freedom. 'Cause people are too stupid to know it's (the 2A) about keeping the Government afraid of armed insurrection. Once they have no fear of that?

They'll eat the children for breakfast cause there ain't shit we can do about it if we are enslaved/disarmed.

I believe...it is my opinion, we are witnessing the fall of this Republic. And it's starting with Illinois. Good luck brothers and sisters.
