I have to travel from East Texas to Houston tomorrow and taking 99 around to Cypress. Anyone have any latest reports on the flooding? Drive Texas website shows parts of 59 and I69 not opening until later times tomorrow. Really don’t want to have to take the scenic route to get there.

I don't know about the rural highways but for Houston metro area traffic and road conditions, transtar is a good resource.
