Under Arkansa law a MG is defined as 5 or more rounds per trigger pull. So 3 round burst is perfectly legal but it banned federally. Weed is banned federally but legal in AR and the state is not enforcing federal law. Why cant we have the same protection for a law thats been on the books longer than most of us have been alive? If the AG is willing to stand up to the feds on weed we should already have the same protection.

The governor and legislators were kind enough to enable cryptomining plots to be dropped into otherwise peaceful rural communities across the state.
I wouldn't expect them to give a rat's tail about common sense laws.
