I am in for one, and would also volunteer as a tester. I've been testing the BDM mags from the ground up, and am also on the list to test a new upper coming out by another company.
I would like to see something short, 5" or less and be FA capable for my M16. |

I've been wanting a dedicated .22lr upper for a while and would definately pop for a Larue one above others to get the quality.
What the heck, I'd buy another .22LR upper if this comes to fruition (SBR lengths also please)....
I would buy one, and if the quality is anything like the other Larue products I own, I would buy a second one also. Requirements would be that it cycles all the common brands (especially Federal 550 bulk copper/HP), and that the accuracy at least matches my current 10/22s. In fact, if this product comes out and meets these requirements, I have two 10/22s that I would probably never shoot again.

I've been looking at a few models and was planning to purchase soon. Like all the others, I'd rather have the LaRue.

For a Larue dedicated 22LR upper, I would send payment info NOW.
Super bonus points if it used those full size black dog mags. |

I wonder if this would be a drop in kit or a whole dedicated upper? I just need a kit as do many LEO agencies looking to drop firearms training costs.
Here is a link to BOTS forum looking for such kits. www.ar15.com/forums/topic.html?b=1&f=76&t=681274 Bucky145 |

A dedicated upper would have more benifits, less compromizes and better accuracy. I think any department looking into this would be more than willing to pony on up for a full upper with the proper twist ratio'ed barrel and improved reliablity compared to the drop in kits out there to use in your standard uppers. SO...as an LEO who's seen the disscusion go down in my agency, I'd suggest a dedicated upper. Wes |

Id be in for one, as long as a poor ol worthless person like myself can afford it.
Damn. I like the way this guy thinks. |
I've got 2 Ceiner's now with black dog mags and semi-dedicated uppers, but I'm interested in seeing what LaRue puts out as well, since I now have two more CavArms lowers coming in that will need uppers.

well, with a clearly well thought out response like that to a possible production of an item that will CERTAINLY sell well, I think I know where larue Tactical stands.... thanks LT, for such a clear and reasonable response to query about possible production. |

Dude, just be quiet. |

I've been shopping around for a .22LR upper for about six months, and would give a Larue product serious, serious consideration. I'd be happy to make it my first Larue product, in fact, if the price was right.
