A "heads up" here folks-
If you have a billing address in Montana and your wanting your stuff shipped to an address in say North Carolina, then you need to CALL in the order.
Why? Cause 99.9% of the fraudulent orders received online involve different billing and shipping addresses.
Technically vendors are REQUIRED to ship to the billing address for your CC, per agreements on merchant processing (credit card processing).
So if you've been putting off updating your billing address for your CC from a move you made sixteen years ago.... it's time to get that info updated with your CC so when you order something online it doesn't look like one of many fraudulent orders.
And PLEASE pay attention to putting in your info!!! I realize this is the era of "it's not my fault" but yes you do have to be sure you enter your info correctly on an order form. "
Blah blah blah google autofill had my old info..." It's still your responsibility to DOUBLE CHECK any info you put in on an order form. If your order goes to the wrong address cause you entered the wrong info, who's fault is that?? "Google autofill" isn't going to refund for the shipping costs.
Check your info when you order online. When you order over the phone we repeat back EVERY piece of info you give us for the order, your job there is to actually listen when we do that to watch for anything that's not correct- phone connections sometimes suck, some people have weird accents (like us Southerners
) and therefore we repeat every vital piece of info back to be sure we got it right over the phone.
