Thats a nice "go to" setup you have there.

I'm not done with mine yet.
Here is what I have so far. I post more when I'm done with building the upper. http://shutter01.pictures.aol.com/data/pictures/08/007/7D/F5/A8/45/HRmvEdE09FELj84Ldzu+vKkjtpP9Gusj0300.jpg |

Making use of one the excellent POF receivers I bought from you in March. I added a Bushmater piston upper and a TA31 scope. NOw I am looking for a rail system, NOT a POF system. Thanks John for the awesome service.

Nice setup, any chance on getting a picture that shows the entire weapon? The POF billet lowers real nice, and it looks like you have a good match with that upper.

Nice carbine, thats setup VERY similar to my duty weapon. Is that a fun-gun for you, or do you carry it?
Great avatar, stay safe brother. |

Its a patrol rifle as soon as our range holds a rifle school, we're waiting on ammo. I still need to add a light to it, the TLR-1 pictured stays on my G17, I just didn't have a place to put it that day and the carbine had empty rail space.

Here is a larger pic of my POF-Busy project. Outside of a new poly cote, this is the closest match between any of my uppers and lowers I have owed.
http://www.notoo7.com/images/POF-BUSHY0407.jpg With my other ARs, the color difference is more pronounced. I haven't had a chance to pick up the Sun Devil receivers I bought from you guys last week from my dealer yet, but I should be ordering a Stag 6.8mm upper shortly for the P415 receiver I purchased last month from you. http://www.notoo7.com/images/fourARs.jpg Any idea when the new MagPul magazines will be available again? |

Looks good, I think we are still a couple weeks out, but I've not heard any firm time frame listed from anyone.

Latest build started out with a POF 416 lower from Rainier and added a 7.5 VIS upper. It's still a work in progress but almost complete.

glocktastic,
Looks good, I've got 2 questions. 1. Is that going to be your duty setup? 2. Is your BUIS all the way back, or does it come back one more notch? |

AR by Rainier Arms. Complete Stag 3H upper, complete Stag lower, Trijicon TA31F, all purchased at Rainier Arms. I originally intended for this to be a low cost "budget build", but the ACOG quickly destroyed that theory. In a few days it will be sporting Hogue grips and a CMC trigger (on order). I'll be ordering from you guys again soon when it's BUIS time .
Thanks for a very easy and pleasurable buying experience. |

Just doing the best that I can...

After a bit of a wait (thanks to LMT, NOT Rainier...)
All five of my LMT 10.5" Defenders showed up on my day off. I ordered 5 uppers, 5 lowers, 5 BCG's, 5 LMT BUIS, 5 MI Carbine 2 piece rails, and 5 Noveske KX3 fire pig FS's. I assembled everyones SBR (with some help from my Sergeants) then turned my attention to my own. Here it is just assembled. I then added a Magpul CTR off of my 16" gun. Also swapped over was my EOTech 512, KZ Tactical VFG with TLR-1, some Magpul plastic XT and ladder rail protectors and I ordered a DD sling adapter from RMTactical on Glocktalk. Marshall was nice enough to ship it off today so it'll get here by Monday for my quals. ;) My 16" personal gun is going to undergo a long range conversion of sorts. I'm adding a new gen EOTech with the new reticle and side controls along with an EOTech magnifier on a LaRue flip mount. I'm ditching the VFG for a Harris Bi-Pod and LaRue QD mount. After I save up even more cash, it's getting a suppressor. ;) I'll then qual with it at work and throw it in my trunk vault for those days when I may need to reach out and touch someone. :D Have some filthy blackberry photos. Being the Department Glock and Colt armorer is fun. :D |

Not that much stuff from Rainier Arms, but the important thing is! The primary optic, just purchased from Rainier Arms, quick service, great prices (I've seen similar used combinations go for about the same price, if not more than what I paid brand new), and prompt shipping and delivery overseas to an APO in Afghanistan.
Stick, looks like you'll be getting a lot more of my money in the future! TA01NSN, Trijicon Red Dot, and Protective Wing mount - $1140 shipped with .mil discount. ~Augee |

I've always though that was a great looking barrel with the flutes in that style. It really stands out compared to what is usually seen out there.

Wow...who did the fluting? That's very unique and looks great! |

It came that way. It is an ER Shaw barrel, I would assume they did it. I could be wrong though, it happens frequently. Link |
