I wanted to make my first post as an introduction, and let you all know that you now have another point of contact for Brownell's questions/complaints/concerns. I volunteered for this role because I am on ARFCOM daily, anyways, and wanted to improve the engagement here. With that being said, I'll be on here updating and informing you about new products, existing products, and any other areas that are worth being shared. I'm also here to be the front-line responder for customer service related questions, and will work to get your questions and concerns addressed as quickly as possible. You can still tag the original BROWNELLS account in things, but I'm on here more often, so there's a better chance of me seeing it before they would have a chance to jump in here.
