2. Cummerbund extender. Because concealable soft armor, winter clothing, and fat guys using 10x12 plates.

Since the brig is geared toward cops, it makes sense they would want to wear it over their soft armor as needed. Combine that with heavy clothing, and you don’t even have to be fat to max out the cummerbund. Not to mention larger guys using the medium for 10x12 plates. Also stalky people who have to use a smaller plate because of the length.
