Your old load is very similar to my original load for that bullet. I eventually dialed it way back though, to 39.0 grains of IMR 4895 as it’s for an older 18.5 “ barreled model 7 with a 4x scope. with the ballistic tip it real doesn’t need full throttle to expand and I grab that carbine for lesser distance hunts.
My other load is for the Hornady 139 grain Interbond. I worked IMr 8208xbr between 38.0 and 40.5 grains. Again the lower load was my eventual selection for my own reasons.
Other powders that should work well are 4350 and H4831 sc.
I had a 42.0 grain BLC2 load in my data with the Nosler 140BT but I chose to move on the less temp sensitive powders for my hunting loads.
Ideally Varget, H4895 would be on my list too. I lean heavily to temp stable extruded powders. If that isn’t you and like easy measure ball powders then I’d look to H414.
