Took my first pr class last weekend. I have been attending several training classes a year for the last 6 years....however I haven't had any instruction on long distance. Everything went pretty well. My biggest problem was discomfort while in prone. I tried several combinations of bipod height and body position and not much worked. Is this something that just takes getting used to or am I doing something wrong. I dont have any physical issues holding me back.... so any feedback is appreciated

Does your stock allow you to completely relax and get behind the scope without straining?  If not, that's a big problem.

Check out this Ryan Cleckner video, especially around the 5 minute mark.  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=COoXVpGfXQE&list=PLACF2AEF0EC711484&index=3
