I was looking inside my barrel using a cheap borescope and can see rings in the rifling -
 Attached FileThere are a bunch of spots where rings just like that occur. What would cause them? |

Sounds like carbon ringing but I'm betting what you actually are seeing is tool marks. |

The image should be visible now.
This is the first time I have looked down one of my barrels. I have never seen rings like that. |
