I bought this few year's ago, it's sat in the safe since. I've used my inherited O3A3 sported rifle since my teens for hunting. I think I paid $700 from a relative that had a stroke, no glass, 4 10rd magazines. It came with some ammo M118LR.

I'm not settled on a scope yet, black Friday approaches. I believe it was a good deal, they seem to run over $1000.  With just a 20 inch barrel can I reasonably expect 800meter shots? An what's the opinion on m118LR ammunition?

I have the original 10ba, think it's a 26" barrel and it likes sierra match king 168. It has a mk4 ltr on it and is really quiet right a sico omega but it's a big heavy gun
