What's up everyone using for slings on your precision rifles, specifically bolt guns.
I tried an old usgi three point sling, the type made to strap A2 stock. I figured with that the rifles side would be against my back vs the bottom as a standard sling would. It dues work, but the piece that runs along the gun is kinda annoying. Trying to think of solutions. Right now I'm leaning towards drilling into the side of the stock and epoxying in QD sockets. Then just a basic 1" or 2" webbing with QDs. Thanks. |

I use a savvy sniper sling on my heavy pig of a bolt rifle...their HD M249 sling...
