  Description
   This course comprises of the History of Special Operations Close Quarter Battle (CQB), where we’ll discuss room clearing techniques used for counterterrorism, hostage rescue, military, government organizations, and law enforcement (S.W.A.T.) operations along with how those techniques can be applied to civilian use, such as home defense, active shooter situations and executive protection operations (recovery). Entry techniques that will be covered are Dynamic (immediate entry), Combat clearance (delayed entry, limited penetration) and Hybrid. This is NOT a live fire course! NO LIVE AMMO IS PERMITTED! It is recommended to lodge onsite All shooting will be on paper targets via simulation with only one of the following:

   -Empty firearm with chamber flag

   -Laser (MANTIS Blackbeard systems) or SIRT

   -Airsoft (200 rds)

   -Simmunitions/UTM (200 rds)

   Equipment Needed
   -Rifle and/or pistol w/chamber flag or simulation rifle/pistol with one of the following:
   Laser (MANTIS Blackbeard systems) or SIRT
   Airsoft (200 rds)
   Simmunitions/UTM (200 rds)
   Bolt available for rent $25 and marking rds $1 per round

   -If using a pistol, quality belt with strong side holster
   -Weapon lights highly recommended
   -Handheld light
   -Appropriate range clothes/shoes (no shorts)
   -Water for hydration
   -Eye protection (clear)

   Optional Equipment
   -Helmet
   -Plate Carrier
   -Knee pads

   Services
   -Saturday night dinner IS included.
   -Lunch is not included - Please bring your own
   -It's highly recommended to bring a chair.
   -This is an outdoor range, so the only restrooms are Port-A-Johns.

   -Bunkhouse lodging available at $75 per head / per night
