All 15 shots on the 8", in or under the 25 secs? With some decent kit on?

Just curious.  I've never been able to.  Closest I've ever gotten is 13 hits in 32.34 sec.  Shot it yesterday, 9 hits in 30.64....lousy.  Yes, the other 6 were close to the periphery of the circle, but they don't count and that's that.

What say you all?

Well, correct me if I'm wrong, but it's scored by adding 5 points per miss, and 2 points per second over 25.

You qualify as a marksman for a score under 40, and expert for a score under 10.  So, in that context, a zero, 15 hits in under 25 seconds, is an almost God-like performance.

Interesting, I've never heard of it being scored that way, just the known standard of 25 sec., 8" circle @50yd, 5 shots standing, reload, 5 shots kneeling, reload, 5 shots prone.

I'll apply the scoring protocol you mention to some of my previous runs.

ETA: thank you for pointing out the scoring, I went and looked it up, I don't know how I missed or forgot about the scoring standards.

24-10 sharpshooter
9-0 expert

Now I don't feel quite so damn mediocre.  When I shoot this drill I'm always baffled how anyone can shoot it clean.  It's humbling, but it's helped me improve .

I've shot it clean multiple times.  Kit, no kit, both.

Can't prove it via target pics or video evidence, but yes, it can be done.

Outstanding.  What gun, if I may ask?  My best runs have been with an 18"/LPVO dialed up to 3x.

I've shot it at a couple of Pat Rogers classes, never clean... but never the worst shooter either....

It's a great drill and one of my favs.

Same here.  Shot it clean twice and both times were when I took the Top Shooter award.  The funny part was about three weeks after taking it the first time I went to a TRICON course and just sucked.

Well I shot it again last weekend, 14 hits 30.32, so score 15, with just a bat-belt.  2.5x optic on a 16" gun.
