Car Med Kit... too much heat???

I live in the south and it gets very hot 1/2 the year. Is there any issues with keeping medical supplies in my car? Especially Quick Clot?

Pack it in a small cooler or a styrofoam box that medicine is overnighted in. That should moderate temp swings hot or cold.
