 Knife defense. Combat sports based. The techniques require serious improvements. Will be updated. Good video simply to show that even if you ban gun ownership, the bad guys will use something else. That 4# minute video has a TON of real knife attacks caught on surveillance cameras. |

A well trained knife attack is hard to stop. I've practiced executing proper knife attacks in training environments and the defenders got stabbed. Once was during a Krav Maga class with a well "trained" and warmed up defender. I like the idea of the simultaneous block and counter-attack. If you don't have armor, a shield & sword and running is not an option... simultaneous block and counter-attack is probably your best bet. |
