Hello,

When I learned to shoot a pistol I was taught (essentially) a Weaver-type "push pull" stance.  I would like to learn a proper Isosceles shooting stance and if anyone could point me to a good video or web resource to get a better understanding of the requisite fundamentals I'd be most appreciative.  Thanks in advance!

I haven't watched this video in years, but IIRC it'll do what you want.

It's basically the same thing, just rotate your hips to be square instead of bladed at a 45. That will get your arms stretched out evenly instead of one being significantly bent at the elbiebone.

https://www.survivalsullivan.com/weaver-stance-vs-isosceles-aka-triangle-shooting-self-defense/ has a decent breakdown with nice graphics.
