This has been my longest mileage month since Feb 2022 (131 miles), before my last full marathon in March 2022. I ran that with an injured left Achille's which is still not 100%. I have not signed up for the next full marathon, but I'm training as though I'll do The Woodlands on March 2. My new job starts this week, and I tend to travel a bunch. I don't know how/if this one will impact training. |

Just now seeing this and happy to join in. Goal this year is 100 miles per month. January I hit 109.11. By the end of 2023 I was around 135-145 per month, but trying to not overdo it early in the year.

In the Marines I got PT Thrashed on Christmas by our Drill Instructor because he blamed the death of Christ on recruits.
