I took the cat off for servicing.  It flows better now.  Took about 75 tools and 40 trips between the creeper and the garage.  I'm a little sore today and many small cuts on my hands and arms, but it's done.

Just ordered a whole new set of replacement hoses for the radiator and surge tank. Gonna go ahead and swap em all out and keep the ones that are still serviceable around as a set of spares.

That reminds me I have a new set I need to put on before summer. I got the blue good year ones as the black ones I got last time seem not to hold up as well.

Its just the regular ones you buy from Hummers Parts Guy or Mac Motors. The blue ones are USA made Good Year.

Which type armored windshield?  I have 1 pair of the fixed type armored glass for the ECV REV series trucks, I would need to pound flat the defog louvers to make it fit A2 series trucks, and I don't want to permanently alter either of my original GMVs.
