I built mine two years ago. It came out a bit heavier than I wanted but it's built stupid stout. The body sides and floor are all 3/4" MDO plywood sealed with epoxy paint and then sprayed with Raptor Liner. Fits a queen mattress inside with a galley out back. The roof is polished aluminum over ash stringers with foam insulation between.
The bulkheads are set to the walls in 3/8" deep dadoes with a bead of 3M 5200 marine sealant and 72 2-1/2" long stainless steel screws in each side.
100 watts of solar with a liFePo4 battery, it only needs to run a few LED lights, the diesel heater and the roof fan.

Or I can pull both pins and take the hitch right off, hopefully to deter any shady people from driving off with it.
