Had some Prince Albert in a cob while doing to yard work.

I didn’t have to babysit it much, tamped maybes 3 times throughout the entire bowl.

Is the Prince Albert from the keg u just picked up in your earlier post? How do you like it? I enjoy all the “codger” tobaccos. Except Half and Half.

It is from the keg!  I like burley so this one hit the spot. I jarred 10 of the 14 ounces and been working on the rest here and there.

It’s nice, straight forward and burns well. Tamped maybe 3 with 3 relights.

Glad to have it in my cellar. Reworked my car kit with a newer cob and some Prince Albert using and old hard shell sunglasses case. I pulled the Captain Black that was in the car kit. No offense to the Captain, but it has a sickly sweet smell that I’m don’t like unless I’m outside in a breeze.

ETA. The relights were when I went inside to grab water or whatever and left the pipe outside for a while.

@TLP888

You might consider getting some of Milan”s “Our Prince Albert” and “Our Carter Hall”. It’s a perfect match but with fresh tobacco and no preservatives. It’s under “non-aromatics”.

Mixture of dregs of Boswell Dan's blend, lane 1q and PS24 nougat in a cob with a glass of lagavulin 16.  Life is good.

Thanks for that!

Might have to put in an order for their Carter Hall.

I've been smoking alot of Capstan Blue flake.  Started Mac Baren Navy Flake, really enjoying it.

I see someone above is doing Plumcake, I was thinking of giving that a try.

I tried Gawith's Full Virginia Flake and Brown Sugar Flake...I dunno...I didnt find those blends all that special...I'll give them a year in the jar and try again...but I was a bit disappointed.

Have to say though, I steered away from Mac Baren for years since my impression was that it wouldn't be my cup of tea, but I was definitely wrong.
