The Death Korps of Krieg, basically all vat grown clones of Ryan Gossling from the movie "Drive."  That's how I think of them anyways.

I didn't know that, but that would be cool of Space Marine 2 has that feature.  Still, would LOVE an open world massive multi-player where you could roll through the galaxy on crusade conquering planets and establishing defenses.

That would be pretty awesome.

Rogue Trader is somewhat similar, but not open world. You can play your character for a specific alignment (Heretic, Iconoclast, Dogmatic) and rule or destroy some planets while traveling from one system to another.

The space menu is similar to Mass Effect where you move a little ship around on a solar system map and then you can land on the planet and explore the points of interest in a way similar to Baldur's Gate 3, albeit with arguable much smaller maps with loading in between those maps.

The combat and moving around are typical for CRPGs, but you can do space battles as well as ground fights.

I'd like to rebuild my 3rd Ed. Noise Marine army (if you can even do that anymore). GW has priced me out of the game.

I'm trying to get ahold of GoBag by EVO  so that I can start my painting.   I want to have everything organized and easy to pull out and put back away so that I'll do it on a regular basis.   Sadly, the darn thing is out of stock.  Does anyone know where I could find it in stock or a similar one from a different company?

New releases tonight were thoroughly meh.

I have my Gobag by EVO on the way.  Got some cool LED lights to paint under.  Just a few more odds and ends and I'll be ready to start my Grimaldus painting, which will be my first minature painting.  

Feel like Warhammer 40K is the Boss Level of Nerdom and I'm embracing it. Just want to get a good organization set-up so that I can pull out my stuff and work on it easily with minimum fuss.

I'd say Ebay is your best bet and also that's awesome.

Ebay listings are mostly built and painted. The decent looking ones are between $475-550. There's a NIB one (pre-Forgeworld) for $650 there, too.

If it's the old slabby Lucius pattern, and you can establish provenance that it's not a recast (original box, receipt, Omnissiah Proclamation, etc.) you might have a very valuable wardoggy on your hands.

I don't like the Mars pattern.
Lucius pattern is best pattern.

The woke (marxian conflict theory style critical thinking + race and sexual anarchy for it's fodder)  entryists have breached battletech's IP holder and have taken the ship.

About a year or two ago, catalyst game labs dumped blaine lee pardoe's contract becuse he ... got threatened by a stalker who also (the community thinks and I am inclined to believe) brigaded the IP owner. BLP was a 30+ year very conseuqential author for the setting.  Not only did the class act grown ups at CGL fire BLP for getting stalked by an unhinged loudmouth, they than published that unhinged loudmouth in the BT setting. Uh... under a false name and sex. Oopsie?

A couple of months ago they nuked a fairly active reddit r/battletech. The short of it is: sexual and political entryists started shoving their pride at their ... well, sexual anarchy ... in everyone's face, the mods were deleting that stuff to try and keep it out, the original creator of the subreddit heard, came back, fired all the mods and ... do I even have to say? Full on leftist/sexual anarchy monoculture. During this the ip holders created their own monoculture reddit, and than r/battletech got taken over by them, and moderated even harder. Something meaningful and of consequence that's not positive about CGL? *bonk* banhammer.

Now, several months later, we find out that the catalyst demo team - volunteer representatives of the IP holder - previously had a non-official discord where they  could discuss demoteam stuff and what they thought about cgl. Except cgl rolled on it, came in and offically took it over, with one of the same people they used as an inquisitor over at the r/battletech sleazy takeover. Complete with this person having a purge list of "problematic" people (the than leader of the CDT wouldn't do it). So the previous demoteam leader got booted for not playing along / doing what was wanted, and the demo team discord is now offically taken over.

Honestly, Ebay is your best bet. You could try on Reddit or some of the YouTuber discords, but I think you're stuck selling on Ebay.

Well that's disappointing to see. Btech was one of my jams growing up along side 40k. As usually when it goes woke it goes to shit.

I'm going to build a PC rig for this game, & plan to throw in a WH40K figure to perch on it, or maybe in it (fishbowl case), if it can fit. The top contenders so far:

In other news, one of my local indoor ranges and SOTs opened a hobby store inside their location and is hosting MTG and Warhammer games for a grand opening tomorrow!

People who prefer the game and the fiction over current day insanity are spinning up to use the old content and 3dprint to the moon. You can practically use the very first rules release set today  -there's a LOT of continuity and a very strong second hand market. The stuff already existing is more than enough to play on till the cows come home. The current group who have been given the right to use the IP have made a colossal mistake trying to enforce current day under the redefinitions of "respect" and "safe spaces."

Yall get the best minis ... you'd better considering the prices...

Yeah, but you'll want some structures that'll be at least 5" tall, but ideally about 12" tall with levels. Some models will be visible even behind medium cover (Knights or Titans and some tanks) and be at a disadvantage.
