Back in Feburary of 2012 I started this project and never finished. I happened to think of it again so.....
I need to find words for the empty spots. The rules being the word must start with the letter, BUT be pronounced differently then the letter. For example GNU starts with G but sounds like NEW. I think having an ARF.com standard phonetic alphabet will help us if the SHTF. We will be able to communicate much better, or gooder, eh...whatever.

Only if you're talking about the animal.  But if you're referencing the GNU Software Project then you do pronounce it just like it's spelled.  Link

I've never seen hide nor hair of a word in the English language that starts with a silent F. So you'll have to make one up, like "Flibbity-Gibbity", pronounced "Libbity-Gibbity".

When I'm on the phone, I'll sometimes fuck with the call center agent.

"X as in xylophone. 3 as in three thousand two hundred and eighty seven".

And so on.
